Trygg Hansa is our market-leading Scandinavian insurance brand. Our design and UX teams worked with the team in Stockholm to help them develop new, fully-responsive insurance journeys, ensuring continued growth in a fast-moving world.
Trygg Hansa is one of our biggest brands and one of the best known companies in Sweden. Whilst working on a number of projects across Scandinavia we met with team in Stockholm to share some of our learnings. This lead to joint a redesign of their car insurance experience. RSA Digital provided research, UX Design and UI Design resource to the project. Our Designers frequently travelled to Sweden to pair up with Trygg Hansa’s brand and technology teams.
The results at launch were very positive and we saw uplifts in conversions rates. The local teams in Sweden continue to optimise our initial designs and build on our ideas.
