Creating a user-centred site structure and applying fresh design through a new Content Management System (CMS) were the deliverables for this project. The eight month journey started with research, and took the team through wireframing, user testing, content development, design and build.
To emerge ourselves in the Canadian culture we held a research sprint first, drawing on iconic landscapes to illustrate how RSA brings together a unique blend of environments, customers and people.
Our Canadian team then developed content, and we hosted user-testing sessions for them, to help them iterate and finesse their content.
The site not only looks great, but is a perfect example of how content-led design is a more effective way to deliver business objectives.
