Working with developers and content teams across the Atlantic, led to more than just a few new web pages…


Designing new brochureware for our Canadian business, was a real test of collaborating from different time zones! The project involved bi-weekly calls with Toronto and some co-location work – which often sounds much more glamorous than it is!

We started with an audit of the existing content, then built sitemaps to determine a more user-centered information architecture.

Our design team detailed visual style guides for the local developers to build from, including a suite of seasonal photography.

The new design increased time on site by 299%, and reduced the homepage bounce rate by 56.5%.  Most importantly though, we increased our visit-to-quote ratio by over 250%. Our Canadian team continue to optimise the site, and we’ve also used the site as a successful blueprint to roll out across some of our partner brands.
